Meet Ansley

Red Letter Travel advisor, Ansley Robertson, wearing a patterned brown blazer, black top, and ripped jeans, smiling and sitting on a sofa inside a modern indoor setting with glass doors and a reflection of trees in the background.

Hello, fellow adventurers! I'm Ansley, and I'm thrilled to join you on exciting new journeys. Ever since my college days, I've been immersed in the world of hotels and hospitality—it's in my DNA! I've dabbled in various hospitality roles, from wedding planning to front office and sales at a convention hotel. While working for Marriott International, I discovered my passion for travel and gained invaluable insights into the tourism industry. Seeking new challenges, I ventured into outside sales for a payroll and HR company. However, my love for travel never left, and after countless personal vacations, people started flocking to me for travel itineraries and recommendations. That's when it hit me—I could turn my enthusiasm for food, travel, and new experiences into a full-time opportunity. Combining my hospitality and sales backgrounds, I've become the perfect luxury travel advisor!

The best part of being a travel advisor (aside from exploring the world!) is building lasting relationships with my clients and crafting those incredible, once-in-a-lifetime moments for them. Travel is a deeply personal experience, so understanding my clients is crucial in creating tailor-made itineraries that hit all the right notes. YOU are the driving force behind my work! And speaking of getting to know each other, let me share a little bit about myself!

Although my roots are planted in Atlanta, GA, I currently call Nashville, TN home. I have found my slice of paradise in Pensacola Beach, Florida, as it’s been our family's beloved retreat since 1971- nothing beats soaking up the sun on a beach with a refreshing drink in hand! No matter the destination, I am happiest when spending time with family and friends over great food, laughs… and an occasional dance session.

When I'm not planning my clients’ next adventure, you'll find me binge-watching The Office, trying out the newest foodie spots, cheering for my beloved Georgia Bulldogs, or enjoying a cozy evening cooking with my husband while sipping on a glass of wine.

So, are you ready to embark on unforgettable adventures together? Get in touch, and let's make your travel dreams a reality!

What's the most memorable travel experience you’ve had?

My husband and I celebrating our 1 year anniversary in Italy! We ate and drank our way through Rome, Tuscany, Florence, and Venice. It was both of our first time in Italy, so that made it more fun to explore together. My highlights were a personal driver and guide through Chianti wineries, a cooking class with a Michelin star chef, an underground tour of the Colosseum, and our “explore on your own” days when we wandered around each city to find our next aperitivo and antipasti.

*fun fact, this trip was planned by Red Letter Travel! This trip was pretty much the nail in the coffin to convince me to become an advisor. It was fun for me to experience RLT from the client side, and now I love to experience RLT from the advisor side!

Which destination is at the top of your personal bucket list?

That’s a close tie between Thailand and Morocco. Not far behind would be cruising the coast of Croatia, a secluded hut in Tahiti, and country hopping in western Europe for 3 weeks.

What do you think sets our company apart in the industry?

Our team is made of 5 women with different experiences, backgrounds, ages, and personalities- and together, we create the perfect team! When you work with an advisor at RLT, you not only work with that one dedicated advisor but also the rest of us at RLT. We rely on each other for travel inspiration, ideas, and pull from each of our personal travel experiences to deliver the perfect trips for our clients.

Take a Red Letter trip!
